1. How difficult is it to install DEX Buzz Box® in vending machines

It's Not difficult at all. The only tools needed are a screwdriver and/or a nut driver. All necessary cables and mounting tapes are provided.

2. How close does the driver have to be to pick up the information?

The current technology used DEX Buzz Box®is rated for one (1) mile line of sight. However, this distance varies depending on the actual location of the machines within a building and what type of materials were used in building construction.

DEX Buzz Box® will fully integrate with CompuVend's Vending Management System. Several other route accounting applications are currently working towards integration with DEX Buzz Box®.

NO There are no monthly recurring charges. There is a flat annual maintenance agreement that covers the cost of software support.

NO Every DEX Buzz Box® Transmitting Unit is assigned a unique identification number that can only be seen by the company that purchased it.

YES All of the data collected by PickMaster can be exported in standard text(.txt) format.

DEX Buzz Box® and PickMaster are available in a standalone version for those operators who are strictly looking for benefits of curbside polling.

In addition to reporting the amount of cash taken in by each machine it breaks it down to the value of coins that went to the box and how many bills went to the stacker.
